Quotes and Pricing

  • Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
  • Quoted prices are based on the information provided and the conditions observed at the time of quoting.
  • Additional work discovered during installation may result in additional charges, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.
  • Payment terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice.

Scheduling and Access

  • We will schedule work at a mutually agreed time.
  • You must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.
  • Please ensure the work area is clear of furniture and personal items where possible.
  • If access is not available at the scheduled time, a callout fee may apply.

Warranties

  • We warrant our workmanship for a period specified in your quote or at the time of service.
  • Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are passed on to you.
  • Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
  • Warranty claims must be reported to us as soon as practical.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Inform us of any relevant conditions or requirements
  • Obtain any necessary approvals or permits (we can advise on requirements)
  • Ensure a safe working environment for our team
  • Make payment as agreed

Cancellations and Changes

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee.
  • If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing defects in your property not caused by our work.

Disputes
