Emergency and after-hours work attracts additional fees. We are upfront about costs:

Callouts outside standard business hours (before 7am or after 5pm weekdays)

Priority scheduling to attend your property the same day you call
Subject to availability, additional fee may apply
Weekend & Public Holidays
Callouts on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
Higher rates apply for weekend and holiday work
Service Coverage
We provide emergency callouts across Melbourne metro and regional Victoria (within approximately 2 hours of Melbourne). Coverage includes most of Greater Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, and surrounding areas.
Response Times
We aim to respond to emergency callouts as quickly as possible. Response times are best-effort and depend on current workload, location, and time of day. We will give you an estimated arrival time when you call.
